1]use ucweb for uploading screenshot
2]go to thread where u want to upload screenshot
3]then go to new topic or reply of u can edit also ur post
4]now open any image in ucweb and go to tool>files>copy and then copy that adress and
5]again open ur thread where u are going to upload screeshot
6]type like [*img][/*img]and paste ur image url in between these
remove * while uploading

you can use websites like www.imageshack.us to upload the images or screenshot
or if you find the image anywhere on the web just copy the link
and directly place the link in between this [img]www.xyz.com/abc.jpg[/img]

Easier way,
if you have the image file,which is actually the screenshot then you can directly upload the image file,
it will directly become visible as a thumbnail.
